Worker Bee (aka Sales Team Member) Wanted

superbuzzy is looking for the next member of our awesome team! Is it you? We'd love to meet you and find out more!

We are looking for someone who is able to work approximately 20 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.

Candidates must:
  • be able to work both during the week and on weekends
  • be comfortable using computers, spreadsheet programs, navigating a website 
  • be customer service oriented
  • enjoy detail oriented work and being meticulous
  • be confident working both independently and as a member of a team
Ideal candidates will also:
  • have been vaccinated for COVID-19
  • have experience with sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, needle felting, and/or other fiber handcrafts
  • have an interest in learning more about the above handcrafts and associated products
  • have prior experience in a retail environment
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • online order fulfillment
  • in-store customer support
  • in-store sales through a Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system
  • display & merchandising
  • maintaining cleanliness & organization in the store
  • assisting with social media marketing & outreach
  • assisting with inventory management
