Meet the Espadrilles Kit! It's everything you need to create your own espadrille shoes in one beautiful package... except the fabric! We are excited to announce that superbuzzy is now the exclusive home to A Happy Stitch's Espadrille Kits! Make your own custom pair shoes in your style. You've got this! (One pair of shoes requires 1/2 yard lightweight canvas, linen-cotton blend, or other medium-heavy-weight fabric).
Kit includes:
- Shoe Soles in your preferred size (to find your size stand on a ruler with bare feet and compare that measurement to the size chart)
- Organic cotton lining fabric
- Medium weight fusible interfacing
- Espadrille thread
- Espadrille needles
- Beeswax
- Espadrille Pins
- Needle pullers
- Chopstick
- Instruction booklet with step by step diagrams
- Exclusive A HAPPY STITCH pattern
Not included:
- 1/2 yard of fabric - we recommend any of these fabrics for your outer fabric; small- to medium-scale prints work best (1/3 yard may also work, depending on your fabric choice; 1/2 yard allows for directional prints and fussy cutting placement)

add in your favorite fabric, and we'll package up the rest - just for you! Please view the size chart found as you scroll through the photos for assistance picking the correct size. It's best to measure your foot from heel to the tip of your big toe (stand on a ruler!), and compare those measurements to the size chart. That's it!
All Espadrille Kits are sent with love! You'll get a booklet with fitting tips, a how-to for the classic reinforced toe, as well as step-by-step instructions. You can also find a quick how-to video on You Tube, just search for A HAPPY STITCH. (Please note: the photo of pre-made shoes is just for reference, this kit does not come with fabric and is a kit for you to sew your own shoes).

We do our very best to make our kits eco-friendly, including a recycled box, organic lining fabric, and the use of fabric scraps for decorative components in an attempt to be as low-waste as possible.
