Huanglong's Brew is certainly the preferred beverage of a fierce yellow dragon, don't you think? Huanglong, the yellow dragon, is considered the physical incarnation of the Yellow Emperor in Chinese mythology. As this is a very special Chinese yellow tea, Huanglong seemed to be the perfect name. 

True yellow tea is only grown in China and is prepared similarly to green teas. The difference occurs during processing when the leaves are left damp to slightly oxidize the tea. The leaves are gently turned to extend the withering time and diminish astringency. When brewed, the tea has a warm golden color, thereby earning the name “yellow tea”. This Golden Dragon tea is nicknamed “10 degree yellow tea” by the artisans as it has a unique minimal 10% fermentation.
