Pacific Knit Co - Base Doodle Pattern - Top-Down Socks (DK)

The Base Doodle Sock is your new go-to sock recipe! Try full colorwork socks, decorate just the leg, or add a simple splash of colorwork along the cuff! Play with different ribbing, heel, and toe modifications! The options are endless!

This sock pattern is worked in the round, from the top down. The cuff is worked and then the design-your-own stranded colorwork is worked on the leg. An afterthought heel is placed, before finishing the colorwork on the foot. Then the toe is shaped and grafted together. Lastly, the afterthought heel is picked up and worked.

Each
Base Doodle is a “blank canvas” pattern created for you to design and knit your own customized project! All of our Doodle Base Patterns can be used to mix-and-match with all of Pacific Knit Co.'s Doodle Colorwork Charts. But the patterns work just as well on their own for knitters who just want a simple, no-frills project!
