Jade Dew Genmaicha is a deeply comforting blend of premium Japanese green tea and roasted rice. This Genmaicha is elevated with Imperial Gyokuro tea leaves for a rich, savory cup full of toasty warmth. Gyokuro ("jade dew") is a highly prized Japanese tea that is the result of selective and labor intensive cultivation; grown in the shade, only the youngest leaves make the cut for Gyokuro. This exceptional tea is a tribute to Japan’s devotion to craft—like hand-sewn sashiko stitches or that perfectly folded origami crane.

The perfect cup: Heat water to 175F (80C) and steep 1-1.5 tsp of tea per 8 oz (200 mL) water for 1.5-2 minutes
