Beeline Teas - Gyokuro Happy
Make a beeline to better brews.
It's always tea time. Lewis Carroll's Mad Hatter recognized this true-ism, and we are thrilled to introduce Beeline Teas—our handpicked collection of premium loose leaf teas—elevated blends crafted for curious sippers, tea-party dreamers, and everyday indulgence. Whether you're threading a needle, binding off a shawl, or just taking five between rows, these exclusive tea blends are your perfect companion. Thoughtfully sourced, delightfully packaged, and steeped in charm.
Gyokuro Happy is produced in small quantities using traditional production methods. Unlike sencha, gyokuro is shade-grown, giving it a deeper color and richer flavor. This tea is grown in the city of Ureshino on the island of Kyushu, and the city name has its root in "ureshii" meaning joyful or happy. Gyokuro Happy seemed like a fitting name for this special tea.
With a very sweet and mellow taste, Gyokuro Happy brews up to a refreshing, light and mellow umami cup, which is best brewed at a slightly lower water temperature than some other green teas, between 175 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The perfect cup: Heat water to 175F (80C) and steep 1-1.5 tsp of tea per 8 oz (200 mL) water for 1.5-2 minutes
Ingredients: Green tea
Caffeine Level: 21-30 mg/1g
Package contains 1 oz of premium loose leaf tea packaged in an air-tight, resealable rice paper pouch to keep your tea super fresh.
