Pattern Magic - Knits

The Pattern Magic books are intended for the experienced garment stitcher who would like to take their skills to the couture level. The knits book challenges the sewist to step away from the t-shirt and create structured garments using a variety of knit fabrics. Unusual and very sculptural sewing and construction techniques are illustrated here, together with detailed measurement tables and sizing tips. This book has a basic, full-size pattern sheet, but this is intended as a starting point for the experienced garment stitcher. Note that the book is written in Japanese, but patterns and schematics are included. Crafters who cannot read Japanese but who have ample sewing experience are usually able to interpret the instructions without any trouble, and others can use the projects as inspiration for their own creations.
