Satomi Quilts - On the Road

On the Road is traditionally pieced and is recommended for intermediate quilters and up. The pattern includes step by step instructions with many diagrams for three sizes: a pillowcase (18” x 18”), a crib (50” x 50”), and a throw (50” x 66”).

The inspiration for this pattern is the colorful VW vans. There are a lot of small pieces to deal with but I designed this pattern using NO applique and NO foundation paper piecing!

It makes a great gift for your vintage Volkswagen bus fan friends! I hope you enjoy making these cute buses!
