This versatile pattern features a contrast back yoke, box pleat, and a curved high/low hemline. Add a casing and tie to the dress version to create shape and added flare.
This pattern comes in sizes 12M to 10.

- 1yd (1m) 1 1/2” wide single fold bias binding for neck facing, or 1/2 yard (0.5m) fabric to make your own Bias Binding
