This pattern uses knit and woven fabrics and is one size. The Andy bib is a "scarf" fit (left), while the Dakota is a "bandana" fit (right). You will need a 3/8 of a yard each of woven fabric, flannel, and a plush or terry cloth fabric.
This pattern is rated SUPER easy. Anyone can sew it :)
