Kai 6 2/3" Serrated Professional Scissor - #7170SE

The Kai 7170SE, 6 2/3" serrated scissor is an all-around, powerful cutting tool.  The blade is made of a high-carbon stainless steel that ensures a sharp cut, all-the-way to the tip.  It also features large handles made of elastomer soft plastic, which are designed for better leverage and ease of handling while cutting.  

Serrated blades help grip the fabric on satin, silky, slippery fabrics. Excellent on cotton for cutting multiple layers of patchwork piecing, as well as for use on applique.  Wool is also an ideal fabric for these scissors. Having the serrated teeth gives you more control, especially when turning and cutting simultaneously.
