Soft plastic beads allow you to easily adjust the length on face mask elastic and effectively reduce any discomfort from wearing a mask all day.
Use a small hook (a small crochet hook works great!), bodkin, or large eye needle to go through the hole in the bead, hook the elastic, and pull back through the bead.
