From Quilter's Studio

This is another fantastic book by Kumiko Fujita to introduce crafters to Japanese patchwork, applique, and quilting. The book includes lessons on applique, stamp work, yo yos, hexagons, and covered buttons. The book is full of great projects, including purses, blankets and cushions.

Note that the book is written in Japanese, but patterns and schematics are included. Crafters who cannot read Japanese but who have some sewing experience are usually able to interpret the instructions without any trouble, and others can use the projects as inspiration for their own creations.
