General Shipping Information
We ship orders worldwide via US Postal Service Priority Mail and Priority Mail International. Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days (business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Federal holidays when there is no mail pickup available); during busy periods, orders may take a bit longer. Please allow 2-6 business days of transit time, longer if the order is shipping to an international address. All packages valued at $200 or more are automatically insured, and this cost is built in to the shipping rates below. Insurance is available by request for all other shipments; additional charges may apply.
Superbuzzy cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen subsequent to delivery. If mail theft may be an issue in your area, please request in the comments section that your package be shipped with Signature Confirmation; additional charges may apply.International Delivery Information
International delivery times vary greatly from country to country, depending on the speed of customs processing and local delivery services. International packages may take as long as 8 weeks to be processed by local customs and delivered. We recommend you check with your local post office prior to ordering to find out about typical processing timeframes, as well as any taxes or customs fees imposed on foreign purchases. It is against US Federal law to misrepresent the value of a package on the customs declaration. We strongly recommend that customers research customs fees prior to placing an order so that there are no surprises upon delivery.
Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer tracking or insurance coverage for the international flat-rate envelope. If you would prefer a shipping method with tracking and/or insurance, please specify this in the Order Comments section at checkout - additional charges may apply. On the other hand, if the international customer prefers the flat rate envelope for shipping, superbuzzy will make every effort to fit a reasonable quantity of product (as determined by superbuzzy staff) in the flat rate envelope and refund any difference in shipping costs at the time of shipping. Customer agrees that superbuzzy cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages that were shipped in the flat rate envelope without tracking and/or insurance.
Another possible shipping option for international customers who regularly shop with US retailers is Bongo International. Non-US customers may be able to save on shipping costs by consolidating shipments to a US address through the Bongo International freight forwarding service.
Please note that superbuzzy is in no way affiliated with Bongo International, nor should the mention of their service here be considered an endorsement. Responsibility and liability for package delivery and the condition of the contents is assumed by Bongo International once the package has been delivered to the US address provided by Bongo International. Please contact us prior to ordering should you have any questions about this service.
Note that the displayed shipping rates do not include any tariffs or taxes that may be required in the destination country. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or customs office prior to ordering if you have any questions about additional fees that may be assessed upon entry.
Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is for you to have a perfect shopping experience. If we make a mistake with your order, please let us know so that we can make things right. Contact us within 14 days of placing your order and we'll arrange for a refund, exchange, or adjustment. Please do not return products without first contacting us for return authorization.
Please consider your purchase carefully. Anticipate up to 10% shrinkage for cellulosic (natural fiber) fabrics and calculate this into your total yardage requirements. (We love this geek-out article that goes into the technical details of cotton shrinkage.)
Once fabric has been cut from the bolt, it is not returnable unless the mistake was ours. Fabric returned as a result of our error must be unwashed and in like-new condition.
Due to the custom nature of each order, cancelled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please ask any questions prior to ordering.
