Hive: Your First Quilt

Make a complete quilt - from cutting your fabrics to attaching your binding! In this class we will learn the basics of rotary cutting and machine piecing as we make blocks from squares and rectangles. Whether you use scraps from your stash or choose yardage, you can’t go wrong, and you will love the result.  In the first session, we will cut our fabrics and start sewing our blocks. We’ll square up those blocks and sew them together in the second class to make the quilt top. We’ll also cover making the quilt “sandwich” and machine quilting. In the third class, you’ll learn how to bind and label your quilt. Come join the fun!
